Flashing Lights, Alchol, and God

[Fox]

Fadil leaned in against her, slowing slightly. He turned his head towards the door slightly. "Shhh..." He hushed her, having heard something. A moment later there was a knock on the door.

[Momo]

She had to press her face into his shoulder to muffle her panting and soft whimpering sounds. She heard the knock and frowned a little, cursing the fact that someone had to intrrupet. She had relaxed her fingers in his shoulders though and had simply wrapped her arms around him.

[Fox]

He smiled at her, but carefully placed her on the floor. After this, he fixed his clothing so he looked semi-decent. He looked at her to make sure she did the same. Another knock came.

[Momo]

She quickly fixed and pulled on her own cloths before moving to stand behind him. She licked her lips and ran her fingers though her hair to make it look semi okay. She nodded to him to show him it was okay to answer the door now.

[Fox]

He smiled at her, gleefully, before answering the door.

At the door stood a man dressed in a fedex unifrom. He had a small package in his hands. "Are you Mr. Darien Morgenstern?" The man asked.

Fadil's eyes got a sorrowful look inthem for a moment before he simply nodded. He signed off the package as this 'Darien Morgenstern'; his signature almost perfectly the way his father had signed his name. After the man left Fadil turned, shutting the door, to look at Cassie.

[Momo]

Cassie had a curious and slightly confused look on her face. It asked the question she didn't speak allowed, glancing at the package. She looked back up at his face and tilted her head.

[Fox]

He sighed, and then carefully smiled at Cassie. "My father." He told her.

[Momo]

"I see." She said with a nod. She stared at the box again and then reached out to lightly touch his hand. "Why don't you open it?" She asked, watching him. She didn't want to wait for there fun to be finished...but she wanted to know what was in the box.

[Fox]

He looked down at the box in his hands; leaning up against the door behind him. He stared at his father's name written so decently on the label. His eyes drifted to the return address. "Delora Abba?" He questioned the name. He looked up at Cassie as if she'd know who that was. Though, he felt some sort of connection to the name, as if he knew this 'Delora' person. "I need a knife to open it." He spoke, his fingers scratching at the durable scotch tape.

[Momo]

She watched his face as he leaned against the wall and shook her head as he looked up. She had no clue who the person was, never even heard the name before. She nodded and hurried off to the kitchen to grab a knife. She came back a few moments later and flipped the knife to hold it out for him to take.

[Fox]

He carefully took the knife from her hand; rotating the box slightly in his other. He sliped the knife into the slit, and moved it, cutting the tape off. He carefully removed the bubble wrapped object from the box, handing the empt cardboard and knife back to Cassie.

[Momo]

She watched him, curiously wondering what the box might contain. As he opened it and extracted the bubble wrap, she took the cardboard box. She held it in one hand at her side as she watched him.

[Fox]

He carefully removed the buble wrap revealing a small wooden mahogany box with legs. He sliped a thumbnail under a crease in the middle of the box, opening it. Soft, sweet, sorrowful music spill out of the wooden container. There was a golden plate on the inside of the lid, and in fancy, curly letters, his first name was spelt out. He tilted his head to one side, wondering why his name was written in this box of music. He hadn't looked into the actual box yet, not really caring what laid inside.

[Momo]

Cassie came closer to peer into the box, blinking a little. It was beautiful and the music was very very beautiful and sweet and sad. She stared the box, reaching out to run her finger lightly along it. It was pretty, she liked it. Her eyes were drawn to the inside of the box as she spotted something. She reached carefully inside and extracted the little note. "What's this?" She asked him, looking up at his face before looking back at the card in her hand. "Want me to read it?" She asked him.

[Fox]

He blinked at the piece of paper, his eyes being drawn away from his engraved name. He nodded after a moment, shutting the music box. "Be my guest."
