Yomi No Seki…even the name brings chills to ones spine with no reason as to why. Young pups are taught at a young age that Yomi is never a place you want to go. This is where the evil ones go, where the damned souls are sent, where the ones that have ruined themselves go. Not a place for your or me, not a place for any wolf that’s for sure. Unlike the spirit gate when you arrive there is a bridge that is a mile long. Cold forbidding stone will beckon you on, drawing all lovely emotions from you as you approach the gate. The gate in question is frightening. Made all of fire and threatening to swallow you alive if you get to close. It expands high into the sky, ominous and frightening. No wolf would want to be caught dead here. Below the bridge is a gouge, dark and forbidding. The darkness almost seems alive, ready to climb up and snatch you off the bridge. You won’t be frighten though…for your trip in to Yomi will be very short…and most wolves are void of any emotion when they go though here. There is no feeling left in you when you reach the gate, no mind of your own. Only the evilest of evil wolves are able to keep there mind and emotions of hate and disgust. I suggest this be one place you avoid at all costs.
