This place is just as frightening as the gate into Yomi. This gorge resides under the mile long bridge that heads straight up to the gate. In this gorge is where the damned souls reside, the ones that have killed themselves or have lost there way and can not join Yomi. The ghost wolves life down in this dark, cold, and soulless place among creepy white fog that seems to glow with it’s own eerie light. The wolves here have no purpose in life in either heaven or hell or on earth. They have been damned to stay here for eternity, never able to find the peace or the terrible feelings that Yomi provides for evil and ugly wolves. When wolves pass over the bridge above a moaning will start up, the wolves can sense any that pass on the bridge. The voices below will call to you, calling for a savoir or for the wolf to join them in this damned place. Some do follow into the gorge others ignore it completely and pass on to the gate. This is a place no one wants to go, evil or not. This is not the kind of place a damned soul would want to go. Terrible and frightening, nothing can be seen in the gorge from the bridge, for it is very deep and wide, threatening to snatch you off the bridge and plunge you into impenetrable darkness for all eternity.
