Lost Butterflies

[Fox]

It was such a nice day for being early autumn. Sure, there was a chilly breeze coming from the North-West, but that didn't bother anyone in this small town. There are people moving about all over, getting ready for the Falling Leaf Festival this Autumn. It was a big thing for this town, since almost everyone helped out. Haze even helps out with small things when she thinks she can get away with it. But, right now the poor girl was sitting behind a tree, out of sight near the Oinari shrine. She was whimpering over a scraped knee. She had tripped earlier and scratch her knee up, she hadn't notice the searing pain until now though. She didn't want to walk over to the shrine to get a bandage for herself because it hurt too much to walk. This was one of those times when she wished she had the healing powers of a nine-tailed fox already. ((I know, it sucks. >.> Oh well, deal with it.))

[Momo]

A head poked around the tree and a soft smile touched the names face. "Hey there...what's wrong?" he asked quietly. His sea green eyes watched her carefully. Luke was tall, probably a good distances taller then this girl sitting here. His skin was pale, though it didn't seem to make him look odd in any way, it fight him perfectly. "Oh...your knees hurt. Do you need help?" He asked, coming around to crouch infront of her. He was in all black, even though it was sunny and it would attract all the sun rays and make him hot. The black shirt was unbuttoned a few buttons, showing off his chest, since he wasn't wearing a white under shirt with it today. His black pants were rolled up to his knees and his shoes rested around his neck, tied behind his head. He smiled again and tilted his head in question to her.

[Fox]

Haze was startled by his voice at first. Her grey green eyes shot up at him. She took in a deep breath, remembering that she was in her human form. "Help... Would be nice..." Her small voice breathed life into the one syllable words. She brushed at some of her hair, so she could see the man better. He was handsome, she thought. He seemed like one of those princes from fairy tales, or the stero typical perfect guy, tall, dark, and handsome.

[Momo]

He smiled again and nodded, moving to come out of his crouch and strech his arms above his head. "You wait here and i'll get you something to wipe your knee and a band-aid." He said, turning. He started off and it didn't take long until he was back with the stuff he had told her he'd get. "Here ya go." He held the wipe out to her first.

[Fox]

She smiled lightly, and shyly. She accepeted the wipe, pressing it carefully to her knee. She scowled at herself on the inside, showing such weakness in front of a human. Or at least, she thought he was human. She snuffed the air around him, trying to catch a human scent.

[Momo]

He was a fire elementaliest, so tecnically he wasn't totally human. He shifted and watched her, tilting his head. "Make sure to wipe it clean. You don't want it to get infected now." He smiled again. He shifted to sit back on the ground.

[Fox]

She smiled softly in return the thought, 'Human diseases can't effect me', crossing her mind. He smelt funny, she thought, like a human, but he also smelt like fire. Maybe he'd been camping recently? She watched him wearily.

[Momo]

He had tilted his head back to stare up at the sky with half closed eyes. After a moment he lifted his head and smiled again. "Here...let me see. We can probably put the band aid on now." he told her.

[Fox]

She nodded, not saying a word. She removed the wipe from her knee, allowing him to inspect the wound.

[Momo]

He nodded when he checked the scrap and then opened the bandaid to put it on. "There ya go. Better?" He asked, shifting to lean back away from her.

[Fox]

She smiled pleasently, in a cute way before nodding. "Y.. Yes. Thank you, sir." She spoke lightly.

[Momo]

"Luke, call me luke." He smiled brightly. "And your name?" He asked, giving her a charming smile. He moved to stand up, holding a hand out to her to help her up.

[Fox]

She blushed lightly at his smiled and blinked at his hand. She carefully placed her hand in his, allowing him to help her up. "Haze." She spoke softly once she was standing.

[Momo]

His hand would have been warm, like it was never cold ever. He shifted on his feet and smiled again. "Well...it's a pleasure to meet you Haze." He said. "And i'm glad you seem to be fine now!" He told her.

[Fox]

She smiled, happy to accept his warmth. "Th..." She paused in mid-word. "Thank you, Luke."
