Lost Butterflies

[Momo]

He smiled again and nodded. "No problem. Anything I can do to help!" He said, taking his hand back and shoving them into the pocket of his pants. "Well...I better go get back to work. They'll be wondering where I am soon enough." He told her. "Are you coming to the festival later today?" He asked.

[Fox]

She shrugged lightly. She usually din't go to the festival, but this man made her want to go. " I havn't decided yet.." She said instead of saying maybe.

[Momo]

He nodded with understanding. "Come why don't you? It's fun!" He said with a nod. He turned and then waved over his shoulder. "I'll catch you later if you choose to come. Bye!" He said before he headed off again.

[Fox]

She blinked obliviously as he left, wondering if the festival would really be all that great. She turned lightly, shifting to her eight-tailed true form, before dashing off.

The night was nice, a slight breeze made it cooler and let laughter flow on it. Music and dancing were around and people milled about, talking and holding hands. Luke was just finishing his shift at a stale, handing over the job to someone else, smiling his thanks. He wore his usual black, not any costumary dress for the festival, just his nice dressy black outfit.

[Fox]

Haze stood silently near an area where people were dancing. She hadn't changed her cloths at all. She blinked her green eyes at the bright lights everywhere. She carefully swept some of her long hair behind her. She listened to the passerbyers conversations. Some were about her. One person would ask their friend who she was, or if she was from out of town. The town's folk, after all, knew everyone who lived in their town.

[Momo]

Luke spotted her after some time, it wasn't hard to find her when ever mumbled word was about her. He smiled and slowly came up behind her. He reached out and touched her hands, leaning over and speaking into her ear. "Why are you standing here all alone?" He asked, smiling.

[Fox]

She spun around quickly, blinking at him with her mouth slightly open. She had obviously been surprised. "I..." She tried to think of an excuse, but her thinking failed her. "I was waiting for you." She said, shyly, her face now aglow with redness.

[Momo]

He took a step back to give her room and then smiled. "Really? Sorry if I scared you." he told her, brushing at his already messy black hair. "You were waiting for me? I'm glad you came." He told her.

[Fox]

She smiled, feeling like she should wag her tails, but she was human form right now, therefore couldn't.

[Momo]

"Well." He said, streching his arms to either side of him. "What would you like to do first? Theres plenty of things to do here." he said .

[Fox]

Her eyes darted around, looking for something to do. Not wanting to take too long to decide, she pointed at a festival stall at random. "There. Let's go there."

[Momo]

He smiled and nodded. "Okay." He held out his arm for her, just a gentalmens way that had stuck with him over the years. "Looks good to me." He added.

[Fox]

She blushed lightly, kicking at the ground a little as she thought it over wether she should take his arm or not. In the end she took it, holding herself close to him. The stall had some sparkly and shiny jewlry in it, no wonder she chose that one, being a kitsune.

[Momo]

He lead her over to the stand, smiling a little. "The stuffs pretty." He commented as they stopped infront of the stand. His eyes roamed over all the jewlery.
