Love Between A Bird And A Cat

[Momo]

It was a beautifully sunny day and Cherise laying out in the sun in the park. It was to early in the morning for the kids to be here with there parents yet, so it was nice and quiet. She purred quietly and streched her arms out infront of her. "Ohhh...that feels good." She mumbled as she rolled over onto her back. Just like a cat, which she was, she loved sunning herself, enjoying the warm feeling the sun gave her. She streched one last time with a long contented sigh as she closed her eyes and relaxed.

[Fox]

In the tree near Cherise, Zeru sat. He let out a small 'caw' before fluffing his feathers. His hazel eyes blinked at the girl. He cursed to himself in Raven. "Damnit, now I can't change back and go home... I'll have to fly home.. Damnit!" He ruffled his feathers again, cawing loudly.

[Momo]

She grumbled quietly at the annoying cawing, tempted to go cat and find the stupid bird. "Awww! Shush! I'm trying to take a nap and your annoying bird noises arn't helping!" She yelled at the sky, opening her eyes and staring in the direction of the noise. She sat up and looked around, listening for the noise again.

[Fox]

He stuck his tounge out of his beak in an awkward way, before cawing, annoyingly, again. "Ha, ha! Take that, bitch!" He twittered.

[Momo]

She growled in annoyance, sure that this stupid crow was doing it on perpose. She shifted, standing up and glaring in the direction of the bird. "Okay...you know what!?" She yelled, her form slowly changing. She grew ears and a tail and then her form shrunk, body changing to that of a brown cat. She raced toward the tree and claws her way up. "You stupid bird...come here..." She growled as she found the branch he perched on.

[Fox]

He hoped further out on the branch, sticking his beak in the air and cawing, obviously teasing her. "If you want me, you'll have to be smarter than that." He'd heard of cat shifters before, but had never actually encountered one.

[Momo]

She growled and proweled along the branch. "Come here you stupid bird." She said ears flicked back and her tail sticking straight out as she stalked closer.

[Fox]

He bounced out a little further, missing the branch with one foot. "FUCK!" He cawed, but instead of spreading his wings, he shifted to human form as he fell from the tree.

[Momo]

She froze as the bird suddenly changed to that of a human, her bright eyes staring at him. He was like her! Well...almost, he was a bird not a cat. She moved to climb her way down from the tree and hop to the ground.

[Fox]

He had sat up, and was currently rubbing his head when she came down the tree. He startled as she hoped down, jumping up into a standing spot, preparing to book it.

[Momo]

She froze again with one paw in the air, watching him. She didn't want him to run so she stayed in her spot, sitting back. She tilted her head a little and blinked.

[Fox]

He returned her blink, looking away after a moment. He just stood there, pretending to ignore her.

[Momo]

When he looked away and smiled. In cat language that was a sign that he wasn't trying to threaten her. She stood and paced closer to her. "Hi." she said, though she was sure her voice would come out as a mew sound to his more human ears now.

[Fox]

He looked back at her, not being able to resist her cute mew. He gave a slight smile before shifting back down into his raven form.

[Momo]

She tilted her head and smiled again. "My names Cherise." She said easily, sitting back. Her tail twitched back and forth.
